In just over 10 weeks, thousands of learners across South Africa have already signed up to LevelUp! Building on this momentum and to extend the benefits of the learning platform to millions more, we have now launched a national mobilisation campaign, called ‘Choose Up!’. We are asking all high school learners to sign a promise to finish matric, because we consider this to be an important first step in motivating them to believe in themselves and their ability to help shape a bright future for the country.
What do learners have to do?
- Logon to LevelUp via mylevelup.mobi or download our app from Google’s Play Store
- Sign the promise to finish high school in the screen that pops up, or select the ‘Take Action’ button on the home screen
- Share their pledge with their friends, and challenge classmates to join them
Apart from 50 prizes of R1000 each that are available to learners, we are also tracking the performance of schools, and one high school with more than 500 pledged learners will win R50 000 in cash for a school project. *
